The firm is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3+ years of experience in corporate to join our growing practice in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated business transactions and providing legal advice to clients including: mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, business buyouts and recapitalizations, corporate governance and compliance, and general corporate counseling. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients across a broad range of industries including healthcare, insurance, software technology, and property management.
