My name is Leah Thompson, and I am the founder, CEO, and principal consultant of Platinum Staffing, Inc., a recruiting firm based in Atlanta focused on placing high-level legal, corporate, and executive professionals with organizations both locally and nationwide.

 

For the past 27 years, I have worked with national and international law firms, as well as leading corporations, to connect highly qualified professionals with opportunities that align with their experience and long-term goals. When I founded Platinum Staffing in 2001, I did so with a clear objective: to provide a more transparent, strategic, and relationship-driven approach to recruiting.

 

My approach is consultative and detail-oriented by taking the time to understand your specific needs. I believe that both clients and candidates deserve a high level of attention, discretion, and professionalism throughout the hiring process. This perspective has been foundational to the long-standing relationships I have built over the course of my career.
