An Am Law 100 International Firm is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Business practice in the Cleveland office.
The firm is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3+ years of corporate law experience to join our growing Business practice in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have experience working both collaboratively and independently in managing components of complex transactions and possess substantive experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private placements. Candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to providing practical, business-oriented legal counsel to clients.
The salary range for this position is $195,000 – $220,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
