A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated mid-level associate to join our Real Estate group. This position is open to any of our firm’s locations. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ideal candidates will possess three or more years of experience representing either lenders or borrowers in sophisticated real estate debt and similar transactions. This role offers the opportunity to represent property owners and investors in connection with multi-faceted real estate and real estate finance transactions involving institutional lenders, private equity, and developers across asset classes. Requisite experience in the following areas includes acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, construction financings, refinancings and loan modifications. Experience with joint ventures and other equity arrangements is a plus. Qualified candidates will also have the ability to draft and review core transaction documents and run transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.

Compensation: Salary will range between $240,000 - $435,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
