The Immigration Paralegal III provides quality and specialized document preparation and has extensive client contact and works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented Immigration Department. This is a cohesive team which is well-managed and well-organized with secretarial and clerical support.

Requirements
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications, and a variety of complex immigration processes.
Strong experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.
Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.
