The firm is seeking a team-oriented Associate with Corporate and M&A and/or VC experience to join our Business practice group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling substantive corporate and transactional matters. Candidates should have strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage deal execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions across a broad range of industries.
